Premier’s MMA program focuses on the fundamentals of striking, grappling, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and submission wrestling for a mixed martial arts environment. It emphasizes clinching, pummeling and takedowns as well as submissions, positions, and escapes on the ground. Includeed is striking from the clinch and on the ground.
